Deputy Executive Director

Willow Moskyok, HSE, NHA

Willow Moskyok serves as the Deputy Director for Kane Community Living Centers, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, and residential care operations. A Certified Health Services Administrator (HSE), Willow has served as a Nursing Home Administrator, Regional Support Administrator, and Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator. She is recognized for her strength in regulatory compliance, performance improvement, workforce development, and implementation of QAPI and Baldrige-aligned systems that support high-quality, resident-centered care.

Willow also serves as an AHCA/NCAL Quality Award Examiner, as well as an instructor for Penn State's NHA program.
