Emma “Toni” Hively serves as administrator of Kane Ross Community Living Center and brings more than 30 years of experience serving older adults and underserved populations. Her extensive healthcare background includes leadership roles in skilled nursing, continuing care retirement communities, PACE programs, home health, hospice, and adult day services.

Toni began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist and has since held executive leadership positions with several respected healthcare organizations. She holds a Master of Science in Speech Pathology and a Master of Public Administration with a healthcare concentration from West Virginia University and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Toni is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for seniors through compassionate care, strong leadership, and innovative service delivery.
