Kelly Serena, NHA

Kelly Serena is honored to have the opportunity to serve as the Acting Nursing Home Administrator at Kane Scott.

Kelly has worked for Kane since 2013, having previously worked in a support role in the Administration Department at Kane McKeesport. Under the direction and mentorship of NHA Neil Bowser, she obtained her Nursing Home Administrator license in July 2024. Born and raised in White Oak, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science – Public Policy from California University of Pennsylvania (now Penn West California) in 2010 and graduated from McKeesport Area High School in 2006.

Kelly is married to her high school sweetheart Christian, and they live in Port Vue with their children Abby and Ryan. Coming from a large family of musicians, she has a passion for music and can play several musical instruments and even served as the Drum Major for her high school marching band. She is an avid Steelers fan and enjoys traveling.
