Annual Reporting Required by Law

Facilities are required to submit Emergency Response Plans every year to Allegheny County Emergency Management (EMA) and also to their Local EMA Coordinator

Facilities are also required to disclose Emergency Contact information.  Three emergency contacts for each facility is highly preferred. Help us help you!  

The form below can be used to communicate with Allegheny County EMA to: 

  • Submit annual emergency response plans.
  • Register a new facility's information.
  • Update a current facility's information. 
  • Add or update emergency contact information for the facility. 

You may save your entered data on the form as you progress.  If you use the save option, your progress will be saved for 30 days and you may come back to finish this form. Once the form is submitted, the saved data is no longer available.
