PITTSBURGH – The Department of Public Works announced today that it has granted a permit to St. Barnabas Charities to close Meridian Road from Bakerstown Road to Gibsonia Road (Route 910) in Richland for the Free Care 5K. The closure will occur from 8:30 am to 10 am on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
