This RFP solicited proposals to provide affordable, professional language interpretation and written translation services (referred to collectively as Language Assistance Services) to assist individuals with limited English proficiency who are seeking or receiving services through the Allegheny County DHS. Proposals were considered for on-site interpretation, telephone interpretation and written translation for any or all of the languages described in the RFP.
We received 13 proposals – 10 proposed on-site interpretation services, nine proposed telephone interpretation services, 11 proposed written translation services. We invited five proposers to oral presentations.
