This RFP solicited proposals to identify two or more qualified proposers to provide supervise parent visits using a specified visitation coaching model for families whose children have been removed from the care of their family of origin and are in child welfare out-of-home placement. The goal is to improve parents’ ability to meet their child’s developmental and safety needs and thus strengthen family relationships. Proposers were also expected to ensure that the visit takes place in a comfortable, home-like setting and to provide such a setting when one is not available to the family.
We received 18 proposals. We invited four proposers to oral presentations.
