Allegheny County and Community Care Behavioral Health solicited proposals to implement an eight to 16 bed, single room occupancy LTSR in Allegheny County for individuals with serious mental illness, with or without co‐occurring substance use disorder, who have a history of sexual offense(s). The therapeutic community program would provide a 12 to 24 months of specialized recovery‐oriented treatment for behavioral and psychiatric stabilization for individuals who are on probation or parole.
