DHS solicited this RFP to find a provider to offer residential services for two of the eight children participating in the RESPOND (Residential Enhancement Service, Planning Opportunities for New Directions) Program. The RESPOND Program aims to provide intensive and innovative assessment, treatment and support to children and youth involved in the child welfare and/or juvenile justice system with a dual diagnosis of an intellectual disability and serious emotional disturbance through a comprehensive set of services customized to meet the needs of each child or youth.
