Treatment and Intervention for Victims of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children RFP

This RFP solicited proposals for inpatient and outpatient treatment and intervention for youth identified by child welfare staff as victims of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC). The inpatient program and/or outpatient services aim to meet the psychological, physical, legal and other needs of CSEC-involved youth. The inpatient program needed to be comprehensive and include CSEC treatment as well as residential services. The outpatient services could be evidence-informed therapy, drop-in services or other proposed programs.

Evaluation Information

We received four proposals for outpatient services. We received two proposals for the inpatient program. We invited two proposers to oral presentations about the inpatient program.
