This RFP solicited proposals for housing, housing assistance and supportive services to individuals and/or families experiencing homelessness through Permanent Supportive Housing programs (PSH) and Rapid Re-Housing programs (RRH). The proposals were sought for of two sources of funding: 1) the strategic reallocation of $3.8 million in funds within the continuum of care from programs that do not provide permanent housing or commit to a housing first model; and 2) the availability of bonus funding from the June 2016 HUD notice of funding availability.
