Technology Solutions to Enhance Client Feedback and Community Engagement RFP

DHS solicited this RFP to use technology to improve service delivery and to greatly expand and enhance the way it understands client experiences and engages individuals and communities in human services planning. Proposers could submit a proposal in five categories: 1) collecting client experience data and feedback; 2) harvesting and analyzing social media content; 3) implementing new or existing rating tools; 4) engaging individuals and communities in public planning processes; and 5) other innovative and creative solutions.
