Data Collection and Analytic Systems to Support Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Officer Early Assistance and Intervention System

DHS solicited this RFP to build an officer early assistance and intervention system to support the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police. The RFP solicited two major components: 1) Data Collection System: the implementation of a data collection and data integration system to support review and analysis of key metrics associated with officer behavior and wellness; and 2) Advanced Analytic Solutions: the development of a set of analytic solutions to help bureau leadership best identify officers in need of additional support or intervention.

Successful Proposal

There was no successful proposer for advanced analytic solutions.

Evaluation Information

We received eight proposals – five proposed both the data collection system and the advanced analytic solutions, one proposed only the data collection system and two proposed only the advanced analytic solution. We invited one organization to oral presentations for the data collections system and we invited two organizations to oral presentations for the advanced analytic solutions.
