RFP for the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP)

This RFP solicited proposals for providers for new and innovative programs aimed at dramatically reducing youth homelessness in Allegheny County as part of the Youth Homeless Demonstration Program (YHDP) through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). YHDP provides housing, housing assistance and supportive services to youth experiencing homelessness through the Mobile Prevention and Diversion Program, the Host Home Program and the Rapid Re-housing Program.
