This RFP solicited proposals for a partner in DHS’s efforts to combat childhood sex trafficking who will develop, implement and manage a comprehensive inpatient residential facility program that provides treatment and intervention for victims of childhood sex trafficking through evidence-based practices, therapeutic services and non-treatment supports.
