Gaming Economic Development Tourism Fund
Gaming Economic Development Tourism Fund (GEDTF) grants allow municipalities, authorities, councils of government (COGs), and both non- and for-profit businesses to carry out significant economic development for current and future use. Administered by the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC), these grants provide financial assistance to entities to facilitate economic development projects in Allegheny County.
2026 GEDTF Application Period Now Open
The application period for GEDTF grants is open from July 13 through August 14, 2026. All applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on August 14.

2026 Program Guidelines
All projects must adhere to the GEDTF Program Guidelines. Please review the guidelines before submitting your application.
Pennsylvania prevailing wage requirements, other procurement guidelines, and specific insurance requirements apply to all projects.
Projects must have a total budget of at least $150,000, and awards will not exceed $500,000 per applicant. Projects should be shovel-ready, meaning prepared for immediate commencement of work.
