Adopt-a-Roadway Program

The Allegheny County Adopt‐a‐Roadway Program provides organizations, corporations, groups, and individuals an opportunity to help keep county-owned roadways trash-free. Adopters organize cleanup events at least twice a year, and Allegheny County posts recognition signs along the adopted roadway, to credit the individual or group's efforts.
This program is for county-owned roads only, which can be found using the Who Owns My Road tool. To adopt a state-owned road, visit PennDOT’s Adopt-a-Highway Program.
