Loren GanoeOffice of Administration

Loren Ganoe has been the director of the Office of Administration since June 2022.

Loren brings a wealth of experience in Human Services management to the oversight of an office that includes Human Resources, Fiscal, Technology Support, Facilities, and Contracting and Procurement.

Prior to joining DHS, Loren served as Chief of Staff/Chief Operating Officer of the New York City Administration for Children’s Services, Division of Family Permanency Services, where she assisted with daily operations of the division and oversaw the procurement process for NYC’s family-based and residential contracts for services to 7,000 children in foster care. Previously, she served as the Chief of Staff at the District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency and was also a Capital City Fellow with the city of Washington, DC. She also managed the operations of various health and human services non-profits that serve vulnerable individuals.

Loren graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelors in international business and she received her Masters of Public Administration from the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College in New York City.
