Hospice Care
Hospice care is offered to all residents and their families, helping to ensure that residents maintain comfort and dignity in difficult times, with a special emphasis on controlling a resident's pain and/or discomfort.
Hospice also provides tremendous support with the emotional, social and spiritual impact that a life-limiting illness can have on residents, their families and friends.
Hospice Care Providers
Hospice care and services are provided onsite by a team-oriented group of specially trained professionals and volunteers.
At Kane, we partner with the top specialists in the geriatric field, and we work closely with other care providers such as hospice agencies.
