Filed Documents

We accept for filing all documents that are a part of the official court file for cases within the jurisdiction of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division.

In addition to cases on the Criminal Docket, this office also maintains custody of a Road Docket and a Miscellaneous Docket.

Miscellaneous Docket cases include several classes of cases of interest to the general public including:

  • Appointment, certification, bonding and insuring of Constables and Deputy Constables
  • Issuance of private detective licenses
  • Motions for return or forfeiture of property
  • Appeals from denial of firearms licenses

Cost and Fee Schedule
