All employees have the federally-protected right to join a union, and discuss workplace issues and the formation of a union. County Executive Sara Innamorato takes these rights seriously and employees who believe their employer is interfering with the right to form a union can use this form to report the incident to Allegheny County.

This report is intended for informational purposes only, for the Office of the County Executive to understand the experiences of workers expressing their right to organize throughout Allegheny County. To formally report an incident, please contact Region 6 of the National Labor Relations Board, or the local workplace organizer.
