Round Hill Farm is a working farm located in Round Hill Park, with a variety of animals including cows, pigs, goats, ducks and geese, and even alpacas! Depending on the season or time of day, animals are either in the barns or roaming the pastures. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks and use the pavilion if it's available, or find a spot in the sprawling acreage of the park to enjoy a scenic picnic.
Please help keep the animals healthy - do not feed the animals.
Visitors can explore the farm on their own. During self-guided farm tours(PDF, 12MB), visitors can walk around and into the barns to explore the animal pens, and read the posted signage about the animals, Round Hill Farm's history, and agricultural practices.
Schools, community groups and organizations can schedule a Ranger Guided Tour, using the form below, with the knowledgeable and entertaining Allegheny County Park Rangers.
Visitors also have the option to enroll in a pre-scheduled weekend Ranger Guided Tour.

The farmers work hard to keep the animals’ diets well balanced. Extra food, even seemingly healthy food, can interfere with the animals’ needs. The ducks and geese are wild, which means they forage for food to get the exact nutrition they need without human help.
Please do not feed the animals.
