Harrison Hills Recycling Drop-off

Since 2014, Allegheny County has provided residents with a public recycling drop off site at Harrison Hills Park. We are happy to provide this service to the community as we know some areas no longer offer curbside recycling. Residents can bring their flattened cardboard boxes as well as commingled recycling to this location. 

Recycling Rules at Harrison Hills Park

• ONLY aluminum and tin cans, plastic bottles and jugs, glass products, and mixed office paper are accepted in commingled recycling.
• Commingled recycling MUST BE BAGGED. No loose materials are accepted. You may use the bags provided.
• Materials must be clean of residue.
• Cardboard must be flattened.
• If the containers are full, DO NOT leave bags on the ground.

Failure to follow these rules will result in recycling services at Harrison Hills Park to end. Please be respectful to our workers and the community so Allegheny County can continue providing this service to our residents.
