The Grand Staircase can be reserved year-round for two-hour ceremonies with up to 30 guests, by reservation only and pending availability. Seating will be provided upon request.

Reservations
Elopement Ceremony Reservations
To reserve a time slot, please complete the following steps. Note: payment is required upon reservation submission. To pay with a personal check, certified check, or money order, please call 412-350-2528 for more information.
- Reservations are made with an ActiveNet account.
- Select the desired date and time.
- Complete all required information, review venue rules, and initial the reservation waiver.
- Enter payment information.
- Submit to reserve a time slot.
- Within one business week, a member of the Venue Team will reach out with more details.
All payments are non-refundable. In the event that client can no longer use the reserved date, it is encouraged to cancel the reservation so the date becomes available again.
If an elopement ceremony needs to be rescheduled, a minimum of three weeks' notice prior to the ceremony date is required in order to apply the original payment to the rescheduled date. Ceremonies will only be rescheduled one time with the existing payment. Rescheduled dates with less than three weeks' notice will result in a new reservation fee of $25/$50.
Reservation requests for elopement ceremonies are accepted up to one year in advance from the desired ceremony date. Reservations cannot be made less than 14 days in advance.
