This was the 2017 RFP of the annual funding reallocation and bonus funds RFP for housing programs funded through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It solicited proposals to provide housing, housing assistance and supportive services to individuals and/or families experiencing homelessness, through Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Programs and Rapid Re-housing (RRH) Programs.
