Emergency Shelter for Individuals Who Are Chronically Homeless or At-Risk of Chronic Homelessness RFP

This RFP solicited proposals for a year-round, 24/7 low-barrier emergency shelter for high-needs individuals who are residing on the streets. The details and requirements of the shelter were to be determined through the collaborative partnership between the successful proposer and DHS. If this planning process concluded with a viable plan, DHS expected to enter into a contract with the successful proposer to operate and manage the shelter and its services.
