This was the 2021 RFP of the annual bonus funds RFP for housing programs funded through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It solicited proposals from proposers to coordinate with a healthcare organization to provide housing, housing assistance, supportive services and healthcare services to improve the health and well-being of individuals and/or families experiencing homelessness, through innovative Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Programs and Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Programs.
