The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) maintains a complex and advanced IT ecosystem that serves numerous clients and service providers within the County. DHS has invested significant time and resources into this ecosystem, which has the ability to track clients, claims, providers and data on the services that we provide. With this RFP, DHS solicited Proposals for IT and Professional Services to support the work of DHS.
