If no one has registered by Thursday, July 25, 2024, the hearing will be cancelled and notice of cancellation will be posted here.
The Department will also accept written comments beginning on Thursday, June 20, 2024, and concluding at 11:59 pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, by mail to:
