A public hearing for these permits has been scheduled for Monday, December 15, 2025, at 6:00 pm at:

ACHD Air Quality

Pittsburgh, PA 15233

Persons wishing to speak at the hearing must register using ACHD’s Public Hearing Participation Form - Allegheny County, PA. You must register no less than 24 hours in advance of the hearing, and testimony is limited to 3 minutes. If no one has registered by Thursday, December 11, 2025, the hearing will be cancelled and notice of cancellation will be posted here.

The Department will also accept written comments beginning on Thursday, November 13, 2025, and concluding at 11:59 PM on Monday, December 15, 2025, by mail to:
