Performance Management

The Continuum of Care Analysis and Planning Committee (CoCAPC)– a subcommittee of the Homeless Advisory Board (HAB) – and Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) tackled a new project in an effort to streamline performance management and transparency across the homeless service providers. The Performance Management Plan details how performance of homeless housing programs is measured and outlines project and system performance goals for the CoC. This plan will be re-evaluated at the beginning of each year and modifications will be posted below. In an effort to maintain transparency throughout the year, project performance will be measured on an ongoing year-to-date basis in quarterly increments. The updated reports will be posted below.
