Proposed Fiscal Plans

Each year, the Budget and Finance Division prepares a comprehensive fiscal plan with proposed budgets for operating expenses, capital improvement, grants, special accounts and agency funds. The fiscal plan is presented to County Council for review and approval, then the County Executive signs the approved budgets.
