The Office of Equity and Engagement (OEE) works to advance equity across the Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) and strengthen engagement with communities, partners and individuals served by DHS. OEE also supports efforts to ensure that services are accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of all people in Allegheny County.

• Partnering with community organizations and stakeholders
• Analyzing disparities and improving access to services
