Stephanie J. Robinson joined the Allegheny County Manager’s Office in July 2025 as Deputy County Manager. In this role, she provides strategic leadership, policy oversight, and operational guidance to leaders across multiple departments, including but not limited to, the Health Department, Police, Public Works, and Information Technology. 

Stephanie brings over 30 years of public service experience, beginning her career in law enforcement as a police officer. Her work has since spanned municipal and county government leadership, community development, housing, human services, and neighborhood revitalization. Prior to joining Allegheny County, she served as the first Director of Neighborhood Services for the Town of Prescott Valley, Arizona, where she unified housing, code enforcement, animal services, and community engagement into a high-performing department. Her leadership resulted in the town receiving the 2024 Code Department of the Year award.

A strategic thinker and collaborator, Stephanie has served on multiple national, regional, and nonprofit boards and committees, including the International Code Council’s Education Development Committee and several Continuum of Care boards. Stephanie values and champions cross-sector partnerships and data-driven solutions to community challenges.

Stephanie holds a Master of Public Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from James Madison University. She has completed executive leadership training through the University of Virginia’s LEAD program and holds professional certifications from the International Code Council and the American Association of Code Enforcement.

An active community servant and life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Stephanie lives in Allegheny County with her husband, William, a proud native of North Versailles Township.
