The Office of Equity and Engagement’s (OEE) Racial Equity Fellowship is for individuals who are interested in promoting equity and social justice within a local government setting.
The Racial Equity Fellows work closely with government officials, department leadership, community leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that address systemic inequities within Allegheny County.
