Request a Fire Marshal Report

You can request a Fire Marshal’s report by sending in a written request along with proper payment. Please make sure you include in your request the complete address of the incident, the date of incident and a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Comprehensive Fire Report (without pictures) If you are requesting a comprehensive report, you must provide one the following: Subpoena, Court Order or a Search Warrant along with written request and proper payment.	$100
Comprehensive Fire Report (with pictures in CD form) If you are requesting a comprehensive report, you must provide one the following: Subpoena, Court Order or a Search Warrant along with written request and proper payment.	$135
