Family Emergency Shelter RFP

This RFP solicited proposals for an emergency shelter for families. The emergency shelter was to: 1) be accessible for entry 24/7, including nights and weekends; 2) keep families together and safe and have flexible living quarters to accommodate families of different sizes; 3) provide short-term housing with family-centered, housing-focused case management to assist families in obtaining more permanent housing and other needed resources; and 4) have no barriers to or requirements for entry for families.
