Air Quality Dashboards

The Air Quality Program aims to provide the public with easily accessible data to better understand the air quality in Allegheny County. Each dashboard is interactive based on location, time, and other unique factors specific to the data presented.

Emissions Inventory

The Emission Inventory Dashboard is an interactive dashboard that gives the public with easy access to the emissions data collected over the last 10+ years. It allows everyone to better visualize and understand the distribution of point source pollution across the county and the impact of air quality regulation over time.

Hydrogen Sulfide

The Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Dashboard provides real time data on H2S levels in Allegheny County. Hydrogen sulfide is a colorless gas with a rotten egg-like smell. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not have federal air quality standards for H2S. Pennsylvania is one of a few of states with a hydrogen sulfide regulation. The Air Quality Program enforces the Pennsylvania H2S odor control standard.
