Event Organizer Registration
Organizers of temporary and seasonal events with five or more food vendors must complete an Event Organizer's Application at least 30 calendar days before the event.
If the event will have four or fewer food vendors, event registration is not required, but each food vendor must still obtain any required temporary or seasonal food permit.
Application Information
The application includes:
- Estimated number of food vendors
- Event dates, times, and location
- Vendor business names and contact information
- Expected daily attendance
- Water supply plan
- Waste and refuse disposal plan
- Electrical power plan
- Event point of contact
Registering an event helps the Food Safety Program schedule inspections, review vendor applications, and provide permitting information directly to participating vendors.
