Review the Food Facility Classification Requirements to identify the facility type and learn the basic requirements.

Please allow approximately 30 days for application review. Contact local city or municipality with any questions about zoning, fire codes, or occupancy requirements.

Contact Allegheny County Health Department's Plumbing Program before construction begins if the project includes any new plumbing or changes to existing plumbing.
