Professional Video Services

We work with several different entities to ensure Allegheny County Jail incarcerated individuals are given the opportunity to go before a judge, speak to an attorney or communicate any medical or personal concerns to a professional.

Incarcerated individuals are able to connect through different videoconferencing options and/or a phone system.

Professional Video Services also offers TTY services for incarcerated individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired and interpreter services for incarcerated individuals who don’t speak English.

Required Information for Agency and Court Requests

All agency and court requests shall include the following information.

  • The inmate(s) name.
  • The inmate(s) Department of Corrections (DOC) number.
  • The inmate(s) date-of-birth.
  • The inmate(s) social security number.
  • IP address
  • Proposed date and time.
  • Include the group email for the video group: ACJVideoOPD@AlleghenyCounty.US
