Allegheny County Activates Code Red Heat Advisory for Sunday, June 22

Allegheny County is activating its first Code Red Heat Advisory starting Sunday, June 22, in response to forecasted weather that may pose a risk to vulnerable residents. The advisory may be extended as updated forecasts become available.

COURTESY RELEASE: Roberto Clemente Bridge to Close During Monday

The Department of Public Works announced today that it has granted a permit to a Rare Leo Productions to close the Roberto Clemente (Sixth Street) Bridge in Pittsburgh from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025. The closure is needed for a film shoot.

County Offices Closed Friday, June 20 for Juneteenth (Observed)
