RFP for an In-Home Family-Based Recovery Program
This RFP solicited proposals for a provider to partner with DHS to replicate and adapt a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, in-home substance use disorder treatment model originally developed for the Connecticut Department of Children and Families called “Family-Based Recovery” or “FBR.” The FBR model uses in-home therapy and substance use disorder treatment to help parents overcome substance use disorders while improving the parent-child relationship.
