This RFP solicited providers for Protective Services to older adults, age 60 years or older, to detect, prevent, reduce or eliminate abuse, neglect, exploitation and abandonment. Older adult Protective Services providers will investigate reports of elder abuse and will provide support older adults in need of Protective Services. This RFP was an opportunity to implement innovations for DHS’s older adult Protective Services to improve quality, mitigate challenges, and produce better outcomes for older adults.
