This RFP was seeking a provider to assume management for two U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-funded Permanent Supportive Housing Programs. The successful proposer will manage at least 43 scattered site housing units and coordinate supportive services designed to prepare participants to make a successful transition from homelessness to independence.
