RFP for Additional Rapid Re-Housing Units for the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP)

This RFP solicited providers for youth-dedicated Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) services as part of the innovative, youth-driven Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP). The additional YHDP RRH units will help to reduce youth homelessness in Allegheny County by meeting the demand for this particular housing service and by providing faster connections to permanent housing for young adults and families experiencing homelessness.
