Farmers Market Food Vendors

Most food vendors participating in farmers markets or flea markets must obtain an Allegheny County temporary food permit.

A permit is not required if you sell only:

  • Unprocessed fresh produce, or
  • Prepackaged foods that do not require time and temperature control for safety (non-TCS foods).
