Work Completed, Lane Closures End on Glenwood Bridge in Pittsburgh

The Department of Public Works announced today that the Glenwood Bridge preservation project in Pittsburgh is complete, and the associated lane closures have ended earlier than expected. The lane closures, which started on March 4, 2024, were required for steel, deck, pier, sidewalk, drainage, and approach pavement repairs; barrier and expansion dam replacements; painting; and more.

The Department of Public Works announced today that it has granted permits to P3R and the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership (PDP) to close the Roberto Clemente (Sixth Street) Bridge in Pittsburgh for upcoming events.
