Bringing Clothes to an Inmate
Learn what clothes an incarcerated individual will need for court, who is allowed to bring the clothes to the jail and when to bring them.

Who Can Bring Court Clothing
- Approved visitors
- The inmate's attorneys
- The inmate's religious advisors
Note: Photo ID is required. If proper identification is not provided or the individual is not an approved visitor, the Jail will refuse to accept those articles of clothing for the incarcerated individual.
When to Bring Court Clothing
Bring court clothes no more than a maximum of four days prior to the incarcerated individual’s Common Pleas Criminal Court hearing.
Clothing is accepted in the evenings between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm only.
Acceptable Court Clothing
Men
- Suit or sports coat
- Dress pants
- Dress shirt
- Black/blue dress socks
- Dress shoes*
Women
- Dress
- Skirt
- Blouse
- Blazer
- Slacks
- Dress socks
- Dress shoes*
*Dress shoes with laces or metal components will not be accepted
