Proposed Fiscal Plans

Each year, we prepare a comprehensive fiscal plan with proposed budgets for operating expenses, capital improvement, grants, special accounts and agency funds. The fiscal plan is presented to County Council for review and approval. The County Executive then signs the approved budgets.
