Pooches in the Pool at Boyce Park

Doggy paddle, play fetch, and splash around with the other pups at the annual end-of-summer celebration, Pooches in the Pool!

Join the Allegheny County Parks Department and lots of furry friends on Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2025 from 4:00 - 6:30 pm at the Boyce Park wave pool. Tickets are $20.00 per dog for Allegheny County residents, and each dog can be accompanied by up to two guardians. Only one dog per guardian will be permitted. Additional guardians and guests can pay a $5.00/pp admission fee at the gate for entry. 

All dogs must wear current tags displaying up-to-date vaccinations prior to entering the event and pool area. Electronic or paper proof of vaccinations can also be presented to staff upon entering the facility.
